We are very good at what we do, but ultimately we are not the final underwriters.
That's why our model works on a backend 10% performance fee — we only get paid when the client does.

Timeline: usually 3–5 weeks from start to finish.

For some clients, it may take 1–3 months.
Keep in mind: clients have jobs, families, and busy lives. Our goal is always to fund the client as soon as possible, but patience is important.
Client Requirements
To qualify, clients must have:
700+ Credit Score
700+ credit score.
Clean Payment History
No late payments in the last 2 years. No collections at all.
Strong Credit History
Strong revolving credit history with $15K+ in total credit limits.
Or fall into one of the 3 C's criteria:
Credit
Cashflow
Collateral
And remember: if they do not meet ANY criteria, we will start them on credit repair and get them fixed up until they do. Everyone's a client.
How to Send Clients
You have two simple options:

Send your personal referral link directly to the client.
Option 2
Create a 3-way text or DM with our team and your client.
Introduce them, send your link, and we'll get them booked with our team.
We'll also send them the info doc and video so they know exactly what to expect.
