Expectations, Process & Requirements

Reminder: You're Representing Us

We are a large funding company, and our name is on the line. When you introduce a client, you're not just representing yourself — you're representing our entire team.

That means it's critical to set the right expectations.

Client Expectations

Share Our Explainer Doc

Always have your clients read our explainer doc that walks through the process from A–Z. (or send them the video)

This saves you time, and it builds trust because the client understands how we work.

Professional Approach

Never use hard-core closing tactics. That's not how we operate.
